Take time for yourself

Relax and de-stress

Ease and prevent pregnancy discomforts

Strengthen and prepare for birth

This yoga for pregnancy is safe for all bodies and levels of experience. We form a small, nurturing group so that each woman can focus on working positively with how she is.

Each class teaches a series of yoga postures and movements, breath awareness, pelvic floor work, tools and techniques for labour and guided relaxation. Each yoga posture has alternatives offered to suit how each woman's body needs to be at that time, and we work carefully to support most common pregnancy ailments.

We offer options of gentle and stronger exercises, with attention to detail and the inner connections within the body. No experience necessary, and all pregnant women are welcome.

The class is taught by Gemma Muckle PhD,  a fully qualified Inner Yoga Trust teacher who combines her scientific interest in anatomy with the deeper yoga influences on mind and emotions to empower women through healthy and happy pregnancy and birth.
