Booking info
The class is drop in, so no need to book, however please arrive early to your first class to allow time to register. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (there are some spares). You may also like to bring a cushion and blanket for the relaxation. It is fine to eat a small meal an hour or so before class but not advisable to have too full a stomach. Please email Jenny@pregnancyyogamanchester.co.uk if you have any further questions.
To keep up to date regarding new classes and workshops, please subscribe to my mailing list below. I shall also use the mailing list in the unlikely event of cancellation. (if you enter a work address, will have access to this during your maternity leave?)
